::Accommodations managed by the local community do it with pleasure. Overdue maintenance and disrepair. Part of the accommodation is swallowed by the river and has collapsed. Existing places suffer from termites and have received little maintenance due to years of corona measures. Also a lot of trash on the beach. The location is also beautiful. White beach, not accessible by car. Ideal place for turtle watching, but the season is already over during our visit in early August. Unfortunately, a lot of plastic waste from the ocean is also stranded along the turtles. Boat trip there and excursions are challenging. Assume that you will get wet due to wind and current.

::Picked up by Bonito(Ben) and meals made by Jil?. Super relaxed, good guide, fantastic location. We stayed in 2 terraced houses that were protected from the wind. This means no fresh air in the house. Mattresses dated from year jug ​​>5? Years old and were dirty. Bedding was clean, but the house did not smell fresh. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was local food with loose pepper to make it spicy to taste. Very tasty! Reception with local dance by the Galibi Indians was educational and fun. Beautiful necklaces and other gifts in the shop. The excursion to the turtles was successful, but not the night before and after us (end of season). And the excursion to the tiger bank was also great. (No more turtles seen, but we had a nice swim). Beach was 'dirty', but not nowadays. When we left they had raked and cleared away all the plastic. In terms of reception, 5 stars In terms of rooms, 1 star In terms of food 3 stars (quality 5, choice 2. Quantity 5) In terms of environment 3 (old houses on the river side are about to collapse, plastic on the beach. In terms of trip, 5 stars, but you will 100% definitely get wet down to your underwear from albina due to waves and wind direction (regardless of rain)

::Simple facility, friendly staff and good food. But totally trashed. Shards, plastic, shoes... garbage is everywhere. There are collections of garbage bags on the buildings but the biggest mess are the superficially buried garbage bags directly on the beach, filled with old motor oil bottles.

::Nice place. Very friendly people. Food was good. Current is rationed from 7 to 7 so be aware. Nice local demonstration and arts and crafts. Nice to support these folks.
