  Its almost 2024, hakrinbank still doesn't have a mobile banking app. you need to log into your internet banking, use your i-signer if you want to pay via transfer and you don't even get a proof of transfers pdf. 😂 meanwhile users from other banks just do it from their phone and get a convenient cyber receipt as well to send as proof. Internet banking has a user unfriendly interface and is difficult to use, no proper instructions to be found. Internet banking transfers from hakrinbank to another hakrinbank account is also not instant or in an acceptable amount of time. It takes 1 or 2 days. At Other banks, it's very fast when transferring to another account in the same bank.

  Forgot my phone this morning at the Hakrinbank on Jaggernath Lachmanstraat. What a stress and headache. A few hours later, when I inquired at the Hakrinbank, I was able to retrieve my phone. A big shout out for the Hakrinbank. Thank you Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

  Working speed here is a problem. When. You're in a hurry don't bother going. You have to wait in a long line to get to the info desk, and sometimes you find out you have to follow another line to do the thing you came for. VERY Inefficient way of working. They aren't open in the afternoon so you actually need to take a day off to visit. Take an. Example from DSB Bank! 1 of their units is open way past banking hours. Very. Convenient.
