::Called several times, the operator hangs up or is talking to colleagues in between. Transferring to the right clinic is also an impossible task for her, this has failed 4 times. Apparently this hospital schedules appointments on a holiday. If you arrive on the planned day, sober, you will be told that there is no specialist. You will then be put on a waiting list for a few days afterwards. Now we just have to wait and see if that appointment goes ahead. Absurd practices and very unfriendly to people!
