  I had an extremely frustrating experience with Surpost, the local company responsible for delivering my package to Suriname. Despite my package arriving on April 24 and clearing customs on April 25, it has not been delivered as of May 16. Surpost's lack of communication and assistance throughout this delay has been deeply disappointing. I strongly advise against relying on Surpost for package deliveries due to their prolonged delay and poor customer service.

  Package sent at the end of February 2022, nothing received to date. Almost 3 months. They don't have time to answer the phone. They are busy opening and demolishing our packages. They don't deserve a single star!

  Two weeks ago I sent a package to Nickerie from the Netherlands. The package has still not arrived in Nickerie. It was an air freight. You don't get the service you should get, but you do have to pay very hard for the air freight. My advice to everyone is to think many times before entering this company
