  I had to wait 4 hours to get some questions answered. Terrible banking service, worst I have experienced in all my life. When I wanted to file a complaint after waiting 3 hours and 30 minutes the manager refused to speak to me even though i had been setting patiently in the lobby.

  Good service. Rarely have to wait long at this location. Currently moved to a different location, though. Find it at the Maretraitte Mall.
