  Friendly (slightly older couple) people. Room very spacious and super clean. Everything is continuously well maintained (a handyman and usually a painter are busy every day). Big garden. The room can be locked securely. (safe in every room) you can sit outside under a large canopy in each room, so you can sit outside when it rains. Car parking on site, which is closed in the evening. Everything well secured. I spent a 2-month holiday there in 2018 to my complete satisfaction.
