::A beautiful place to have visited. It’s located on the shores of the river “boven Suriname” in the middle of the tropical rain-forest. Waking up with a view of the river, the forest in the background and the river’s water rushing over natural boulders makes you appreciate nature even more. The host was very welcoming and wonderful. He and his locale staff were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

::Beautiful location in the interior of Suriname. You forget the time and relax listening to the flowing water. Lots of impressions and memories to take home. The local residents are also very friendly and helpful. In the village behind the resort you can buy a cold drink such as the famous Surinamese parbo beer. Furthermore, organic fruit and vegetables grow that can be prepared. Not a moment to be bored. Various excursions are offered, such as visiting Tappa Watra, where you can enjoy the water or a walk to Pineapple Mountain. If you prefer to relax at the resort, this is also possible by lying in a hammock with a good book, for example. There is also the option of canoeing and you can easily cast a fishing line.
