  Great idea using a punch card system. After every procedure, you get your card punched. After your third punch, your next procedure is free!

  Called several times, the operator hangs up or is talking to colleagues in between. Transferring to the right clinic is also an impossible task for her, this has failed 4 times. Apparently this hospital schedules appointments on a holiday. If you arrive on the planned day, sober, you will be told that there is no specialist. You will then be put on a waiting list for a few days afterwards. Now we just have to wait and see if that appointment goes ahead. Absurd practices and very unfriendly to people!

  Like the other hospitals, this one has some issue too.

  They let my father suffocate and lied about the fact that there were no family members in his cell phone, which was true. He suffered a painful death attended by only strange brothers and sisters. And his money has been stolen.
