  The room and the atmosphere was nice. The location was very convenient and it was easy to navigate to go shopping etc.The breakfast was a 10/10. However the customer service was very poor & could definitely be improved.There was no menu in the room, (mind u we were staying in the executive suite) my Fiancé and I took it upon ourselves to visit the front desk and uplift a copy of the menu but was instructed to call the restaurant/room service & they will bring one to our room .When we called the front desk to request the menu we were instructed to check on the website for the menu very rudely. Why do we need to go through all of that just to order some food???? In addition, when we called room service to place our order we were told that they are short of staff and cannot send our meals to our room. We humbly went to uplift our food from the restaurant only to discover that there were 3 staff there and one family sitting having dinner apart from that the restaurant was literally empty lol.

  hello first of all you wait 20 minutes for someone to take your order. after that you wait another 50 minutes for your food. and customer service could be much better i all most fell a sleep.

  This is my first trip to Suriname and I am overwhelmed by the welcome. From the airport officials, the driver, the hotel staff... everyone greeted me with a broad smile and treated me like royalty! This is simply excellent service. This is an unforgettable experience served up on a golden platter❣ Ramada I'll be back‼️
